House electricians · NAPIT registered
Domestic Electrician Blackpool
From a single socket to a whole-house rewire — honest fixed prices, tidy workmanship and proper certification in homes across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.
Everything your home needs
Blackpool housing is a mixed bag — Victorian terraces off Central Drive, 1930s semis in Marton, newer estates towards Staining — and each generation of wiring brings its own quirks. We work in all of them daily, so whatever your house throws up, it won't be the first time we've seen it. Pick a service below for details and pricing.
How we work
1. Quote
Describe the job over the phone or send photos — you get a clear price, free, with no call-out fee for quoting.
2. Book
Pick a slot that suits. Smaller jobs often fit in the same week; larger works are scheduled around you.
3. Tidy work
Dust sheets down, cable runs kept neat, and the house left as we found it — just with working electrics.
4. Certificate
Where the work is notifiable you receive certification through our NAPIT registration for your records.
Price guide
Typical starting prices for common household jobs. Every home differs, so we confirm the exact figure before booking — and it doesn't change on the day.
Why homeowners trust us
NAPIT registered & 18th Edition
Qualified to the current BS 7671 wiring regulations, with £2M public liability insurance behind every visit.
A local firm, not a franchise
We're based at Newhouse Road in Marton, so the person quoting your job is the one who turns up to do it.
Fixed prices, no surprises
The price we agree is the price you pay. If we uncover something unexpected, we talk to you before touching it.
Respect for your home
Shoes off or covers on, furniture protected, and hoovering up after ourselves is part of the job — not a favour.
Home electrics — common questions
The things Blackpool homeowners ask us most before booking a job in.
Do you charge to come out and quote?
No. Verbal quotes are free, and for bigger jobs like rewires or consumer unit changes we'll visit, have a proper look and put the price in writing before you commit to anything.
How much does a house electrician in Blackpool charge?
It depends on the job: an extra socket runs £60–£100, lighting work starts from £60, a consumer unit change from £470 and a full rewire from £2,000 for a one-bed up to £8,000+ for a five-bed. You'll always know the figure before work starts.
Will I get a certificate for the work?
Yes — notifiable work such as fuse board changes, new circuits and rewires is certificated through our NAPIT registration, and you receive the paperwork for your records once the job is complete.
Is any job too small?
No. A single socket, one faulty light switch or a tripping circuit is a normal day's diary for us. Small jobs are usually the quickest to slot in, too.
Which parts of Blackpool do you cover?
All of FY1–FY4 — from our base on Newhouse Road in Marton we're minutes from South Shore, Layton, Bispham and the town centre, and we also cover Poulton, Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Thornton and Lytham St Annes.
Got a job on the list?
