NAPIT registered
We are registered with NAPIT — a recognised competent-person scheme. Ask for our membership details on enquiry so you can check the official register before work starts.
BS 7671 workmanship
Installation and testing follow current BS 7671 requirements (18th Edition). Where Building Control notification is required, we handle the paperwork through the scheme route.
£2M public liability
Every job is covered by £2 million public liability insurance. We can confirm cover on request before attending your property.
Clear documentation
Depending on the work, you receive the right paperwork — EICR reports, Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates, and Building Control notices where applicable.

What you receive after the job
- EICR — a condition report with observation codes and a clear summary of findings. It is a report, not a blanket safety certificate for every situation.
- New work / alterations — Electrical Installation or Minor Works certification where required, plus Building Control notification through our competent-person scheme when applicable.
- Remedial work — we explain recommended fixes, quote before starting, and document completed work.
